I started keeping notes after every business I operated. Not the plans I wrote for the owners. The things I noticed. The moments that made me change how I ran the next one.
Most of them stayed in a notebook. A few made it here.
I publish them when they’re true, when they’re useful, and when I’ve stopped arguing with myself about whether they’re right.
